NDAX Login — Quick guide for Canadian users

Learn how to sign in to your NDAX account, troubleshoot common issues, reset 2FA and keep your account secure.

What is NDAX?

NDAX (National Digital Asset Exchange) is a Canadian cryptocurrency trading platform serving retail and institutional customers. To access balances, trade, deposit or withdraw, you’ll first need to sign in to your NDAX account using your registered email and password, plus any configured two-factor authentication (2FA).

How to log in — step by step

  1. Open the NDAX website or mobile app and select Sign In.
  2. Enter the email address you used to register and your account password.
  3. If you enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), enter the temporary code from your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy) or SMS if that's your chosen method.
  4. Complete any additional verification prompts (captcha or device recognition) and click Continue.
  5. Once authenticated, you will be redirected to your NDAX dashboard where you can trade and manage funds.

Tip: Use a strong, unique password and consider enabling device recognition so NDAX can flag sign-in attempts from new devices.

Common login issues & fixes

Incorrect password: Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password via email. Check spam folders if you don't see the reset email.

Missing or expired 2FA code: Ensure your authenticator app’s time sync is correct. On mobile, go to the app settings and sync time if available.

Account locked: Multiple failed attempts or security flags can temporarily lock access. Wait the shown lockout period, then follow recovery prompts or contact support.

Resetting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you lost access to your authenticator app or phone, NDAX typically requires account verification before disabling 2FA. Be prepared to provide ID and other account proof. Start the 2FA reset flow from the sign-in page or contact NDAX support directly for instructions.

Prepare: Keep a scanned copy of your government ID, recent account activity, and the email you used to register to speed up verification.

Unable to login — account recovery

If you can’t access your email or phone, follow NDAX’s account recovery process. Expect identity verification steps to protect your funds. Always use official NDAX channels — do not share passwords or full 2FA codes in public or with third parties.
